1. Turbocharger inspection: The internal condition of the flow channel of the component, the defects of the impeller, cracks and other surface conditions can be viewed more intuitively through the endoscope and help users effectively judge. 2. Piston detection: Piston, as a reciprocating part in the engine cylinder block, is one of the very important parts. The endoscopic probe can enter the small piston inner hole to visually detect surface defects such as burrs.

3. Cylinder block and cylinder head inspection: Generally, it is made by die-casting process, and the defects such as sand inclusion, cracks, pores, burrs, etc. on the inner surface can be directly displayed through the endoscope. Clear image, able to detect more subtle surface defects.

4. Box detection: The endoscope can be used for internal surface detection of fuel tanks, water tanks, gearboxes, etc.

5. Pipeline detection: The pipeline of a car can be compared to a human blood vessel. It is widely distributed in the braking system, transmission system, steering system, fuel system, cooling system, and intake system of the car. The electric current is transmitted to other required parts, thus ensuring the normal operation of the car. Such as air-conditioning vent pipes, exhaust pipes, turbocharger pipes, etc., if there are foreign body blockages, cracks, etc., the endoscope can assist in intuitive judgment.

6. Maintenance inspection: It is used to detect the carbon deposit in the combustion chamber and nozzle of the engine. The probe at the front end of the endoscope can directly observe various faults inside the cylinder, such as carbon deposit, strain, crack, etc., through the spark plug hole or the fuel injection nozzle hole. Foreign objects, etc.

Many car repair shops and 4S shops are now using endoscopes. For example, some hidden parts inside the car are more difficult to observe with the naked eye. You can use the endoscope to monitor the inside, as well as the carbon deposits of the engine and the air-conditioning.
