Released on Jan. 19, 2022

The endoscope camera system is used for clinical endoscopic examination or operation in the hospital, and it can display the video imaging of examination and operation area. So what are the technical requirements of the endoscopic camera system?

1. Normal working conditions

1. Ambient temperature: 5℃~40℃;

2. Relative humidity: ≤80%;

3. Atmospheric pressure: 86 KPa~106 KPa

4. Use voltage: AC 220V 50Hz

5. The instrument should work far away from the environment of strong magnetic field interference

2. Transportation and storage

1. Ambient temperature: -10℃~40℃

2. Relative humidity: ≤80%

3. Atmospheric pressure: 50 KPa~106 KPa

Transportation: The packaged instrument can be transported by general means of transportation or by the contract. During transportation, it should be protected from rain and snow, direct wetness and mechanical collision and extrusion. It is forbidden to put and transport the same corrosive items together.

Storage: The packaged instrument should be stored in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive room.

3. Functional requirements

1. The entire field of view of the endoscope camera system is clear, and there is no blurring at the edge of the field of view.

2. Signal output to meet clinical requirements.

3. The camera has an automatic white balance function, and the color balance can be automatically established by pressing the white balance key.

4. The outer surface of the endoscope camera system should be smooth and clean, and there should be no defects such as corrosion spots, pollution, scratches, sharp edges and burrs.

5. The toggle switch and regulator of the camera system should be flexible and reliable in operation, without poor contact and malfunction.

6. The connection of each part of the instrument should be reliable, and the electrical connectors should not have poor contact, loosening or even falling off.

7. The connection between the interface and the endoscope should be easy to operate, correct and reliable in positioning, stable after locking, and the imaging quality of the ultra-fine endoscope is as perfect as the light area control technology.
